02Data we collect
Account email, subscription status, support messages. No connection logs, DNS queries, IP during session, browsing history, or bandwidth-per-user.
03How we use it
To operate the service, reply to support, comply with tax law, and detect abuse. No advertising, profiling, automated decisions, or AI training.
04VPN commitment
LucidNet VPN does not sell, use, or disclose user data to third parties for any purpose. We have no connection logs to disclose.
05Processors
Apple, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare. Each has a DPA and provides equal protection for user data.
06Retention
Email: cancellation + 30 days. Billing: 7 years (UK tax). Support: 180 days. Load: 30 days aggregate. Logs: not kept.
07International transfers
SCCs (4 June 2021) apply to transfers outside the EEA, supplemented by encryption.
08GDPR rights
Access, rectify, erase, port, object, restrict. Complaint to supervisory authority. Email privacy@pn-v3-09.pages.dev.

Right to know, delete, opt out of sale (moot — we don't sell), correct, non-discrimination.
10Security & breach
AES-256, TLS 1.3, tmpfs log dirs, annual audit. 72-hour breach notification per Art. 33/34 GDPR.
